Create your free booking page
Use one row for each period a resource is needed. Record the resource name, type, location, requester, and start and end times so a colleague can understand the reservation without asking around. The return column gives you a simple way to record when an item is available again.
This sheet records planned usage and whether an item has been returned. It does not track maintenance, stock quantities, or live device status. For items needing a handover, add the responsible person and confirm availability before promising the same resource to someone else.
A resource schedule template shows who asked for what. It does not stop two people from claiming the only camera at 2pm.
Use a Koalendar booking page connected to the calendar you use for the room or resource. Configure its availability and check the setup before sharing the link. The spreadsheet remains useful for operational notes; it does not sync with Koalendar.

Yes. Download the Excel workbook, open Google Sheets, and choose File → Import → Upload. Select the workbook to create your own editable copy. Review formatting and validation after importing.
