Use this log when you manage reservations across several rooms. Each row identifies the room and the time it is needed, making it easier to review requests before confirming them. Record a hold separately from a confirmed booking and check for overlapping times in the same room.
This log records individual reservations across rooms. The meeting room schedule gives a weekly view of a single room and is better suited to a door display. Use the log to coordinate requests, and publish only the confirmed entries on the room schedule.
A free meeting room booking template in Excel is familiar. Version conflicts and late Slack messages still produce two meetings in one room.
