Use this template to show when a conference room is occupied and where there is space for a new meeting. The example includes recurring meetings and longer sessions spanning several hours. Label the room and week, then replace the examples with your confirmed reservations.
A workshop may need the room before and after the advertised meeting time. Include these blocks in the schedule so the next host knows when the space is actually available. Use the conference room booking log for attendee numbers and equipment requests that do not fit comfortably in a grid.
